Meals

If you can’t tell already, cooking is my passion! The amount of recipes from around the world, all with their own alternative twist, unique method and flavour means cooking has endless possibilities. Sometimes this can be a bit overwhelming. My time as a caterer made me realise, planning the meals you love can sometimes be just as important as making them.

There are so many different vegetable stuffed recipes out there, but I find this eggplant dish to be full of Mediterranean flavours and very filling, plus super healthy. Although it's a vegetarian dish, you will hardly notice the absence of meat as the chickpeas and...

Gluten-Free Crispy Spicy Chicken Burger

Gluten-Free Crispy Spicy Chicken Burger

This is one dish I struggle to find gluten-free in many restaurants or takeaway place. Between the burger bun and the chicken coating, it seems to be too difficult to find this as a gluten-free option. If you are like me and miss enjoying a decent fried chicken...

Gluten-Free Lamb & Egg Pasties

Gluten-Free Lamb & Egg Pasties

I came across these meat and egg pasties while I was going through a 1970's cookbook that had some great picnic ideas. Similar to a Scotch egg filling, I liked how the meat encased the boiled egg within the pastie pastry. I chose a lamb mince seasoned with classic...

Gluten-Free Bagels

Gluten-Free Bagels
